About the SeriesEach volume in the series is a collection of quality articles written by IAQ members, their collaborators, and invited experts. The books will explore quality concepts, practices, successes, and challenges facing the 21st century and beyond. Each book will focus on bringing quality to humanity and expand from quality applications in the manufacturing and service industries to emphasizing and creating higher value for people and their quality of life with lesser use of resources. But more so, the books will talk about humanity as the main stakeholder for quality. Beyond satisfying customers, quality initiatives must fulfill the needs of society, their country, and the planet and be sustainable. This new series which will be a partnership between IAQ and CRC Press/Taylor and Francis will include research, case studies, practical applications, and concepts on a variety of subject areas all related to quality for humanity. |
The first book in the IAQ book series will be published in Spring 2025.
